Thrive has a solution for you. Our challenge is simple and can be done in your home in 10 minutes or less! But be prepared to work hard. We are going to utilize to latest scientific research to utilize high intensity interval training to make our workouts both fast and incredibly effective. You won’t need much in terms of equipment but if you have a smart phone and can download a Tabata app onto your phone, please do. Otherwise a stopwatch will do. We are going to start tomorrow Monday March 2. But it should be safe enough for you to join in at any time! Sometimes there will be kettlebell exercises included but there will be always be an alternative.
