Jessica’s Kettlebell Classes at Mukti Yoga Studio

Jessica Mott is a certified crossfit kettlebell instructor and studied with Jeff Maratone. She regularly teaches kettlebell classes at Mukti yoga studio which is located at 615 n Fairview near the B-line trail and Bender Lumber. Wednesday at 5:30-6:30 pm is Beginning Kettlebells. We are currently on the fourth class of a six class series, so in three weeks a new series will start.  Sundays at 1-2pm is for people who know the basics of how to do kettlebells but want to learn more exercises and improve form and get a good workout with a group.  Private lessons and lessons for couples available by appointment.
