Day Twenty-two of Tabata Fitness Challenge:

Day twenty two and today’s tabata is REST.  Rest is an important part of making progress.  Muscles that get proper rest will grow stronger.  Please we are exercising to feel good, to move well, to be full of energy and health… not to hurt ourselves.  Our exercise should support us and make us feel great!  Be sure to love on your body for all its great work over the last twenty one days.  Hopefully you are enjoying being in your skin.
