Day twenty-eight and today is two tabatas, one of squats and one of planks, or it can be a rest. We are due another rest but you might want to just push through to the end of the 30 day tabata challenge. You know your body and your life. Do what makes you feel best. If you are doing the tabatas you will notice we are doing two of the tabatas we have done the most. Squats and planks are great full body toners that focus on the core and the gluts. They both are such powerful exercises that you can do anywhere without any equipment or special clothes. They transform your body and how it moves, feels and looks. So do 20 seconds of as many squats as you can and then rest for 10 seconds and repeat that for a total of 8 times or 4 minutes. Give yourself between 30 seconds to two minutes to recover and then do 20 seconds of holding the plank followed by 10 seconds rest for 8 times for a total of 4 minutes.
