Day 29 and today there are two tabatas, one of jumping jacks and one combo of pushups & tricep dips. If you didn’t rest yesterday, you can also take your rest today. Listen to what you need. For the tabata of jumping jacks, Do as many jumping jacks as you can in 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. Do that set for a total of 8 times or 4 minutes. If you don’t want to jump you can just step side to side and raise your arms up. But if you can do jumping jacks you will find they are great for your lymph system and your heart. Give yourself a few seconds to recover ( 30 seconds to 2 minutes) then start the second tabata. This will be a mix of push ups and tricep dips, there will be 8 sets of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, do 4 sets of the pushups and 4 sets of the tricep dips. You can go back and forth or do 4 of the same move in a row and then the 4 of the other move. Do as many push ups and tricep dips as you can in the 20 seconds and rest fully in the 10 seconds. The whole workout should be done in 10 minutes or less!
