Day Thirty of the Tabata Fitness Challenge:

Day thirty, and first you get to do a little victory dance!  YOU DID IT!  Today is the 30th day of our 30 day tabata fitness challenge and I hope you have discovered the joy, ease and results of adding tabatas into your life for your best fitness yet!  I hope you can tell you have been exercising, moving, and getting stronger.  How did the challenge work for you? Did it work?  Did you find the workouts easy to do?  Did you think they were too easy?   Did you have trouble believing they would work ( ie. give you energy, better shape and better movement and happier mood, better general health)/  Did you notice any differences?  Was your mood better?  Does your core feel stronger? Do you feel stronger in general?  did you lose any weight or inches?  Did you gain weight and inches?  Do you feel fitter?  How is your endurance?  Can you move any better?  Please tell me what you liked and what you didn’t like!  For today’s tabatas we are going to mix it up.  Each tabata has 8 sets of 20 seconds of work, and 10 seconds of rest.  Go as hard a s you can for each set and remember to breathe!  For the first tabata, 1st set do squats, 2nd set do lunges on the right side, 3rd set do lunges on the left side, 4th set do squats, 5th set do side lunges, 6th set do skater lunges or slides,  7th set do squats, 8th set do squats.  WHew!  One down… give yourself a few to catch your breathe ( 30 seconds to 2 minutes tops) and start the 2nd tabata, 1 set do planks, 2 set do planks, 3 set do right side planks, 4th set do left side planks, 5th set do superman/woman, 6th set do superman/woman, 7th set do brideges,  8th set do bridges.  Now you are done!  Way to go!
