To Do this you start in standing position and then hinge at waist and bend down, as you return to standing position kick your right leg out to the side, go down into a squat again and this time as you return to the start position kick the left leg out to the side. Do as many of these squat with a side kick as you can in 20 seconds, the rest for 10 seconds. Do this for 8 rounds or a total of 4 minutes.
