Day 23, and today’s challenge is to rest. It is so hard to actually rest, to trust that the rest will serve us as well as all our effort. For me the goal of fitness is to feel good in my body, wit less pain and free and easy movement, and to be healthy. Health is very connected to balance. Often we don’t move enough and we don’t rest enough. I am working on moving with more vitality and joy, and resting with more ease and peace. So rest and take loving care of yourself today. You deserve it!
