Day 29 and we are going to do seven different exercises each for 1 minute: do 1 minute of jumping jacks, then rest 12 seconds; 1 minute of squats, then rest 12 seconds; 1 minute lunges,then rest 12 seconds; 1 minute of bridges, then rest 12 seconds; 1 minute of fire hydrants, then rest 12 seconds; 1 minute of leg lifts, then rest 12 seconds; and finally 1 minute of planks.  Well done!  Bonus: 1 minute of bicycle abs.
