Day 30 and you have done it! You have completed the challenge and hopefully feel fitter and found it truly fun! Today’s challenge is a tabata of squats, followed by a combo tabata of leg lifts and bridges, followed finally by a 90 second plank! So do as many squats as you can in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and do that for 8 rounds. Then start the next tabata, where you will do a 20 second round of leg lifts and 10 second rest, followed by 20 second round of bridges, followed by a 10 second rest, keep going back and forth till you have completed 8 rounds. Then do the 90 second plank. Then give yourself a hand for completing the challenge. And if you did take measurements in the beginning take them again and see… I see the weight loss and inches loss as possible side effects of getting fit. Not really our goal, but a nice bonus!
