Saturdays in May tend to be full… with weddings, graduations, parties, shows, gardening tasks, sporting events…it is a time of year we are active in daily life. So today is a rest day for our workout movement. If you need movement for the sake of moving then take a nice walk or hike, or put on your favorite song and dance, or give yourself credit for the planting or cleaning you get done today. Great movement gives our body the ability to rest when it is time for rest! So how can you rest fully? A good book in the sunshine, a hot bath or shower, a nap, a massage…these are just a few ideas but think of a delectable way to rest yourself.
