May 26 and my heart is lighter today with the return of my Zeke kitty. Today we are going to do a tabata of squats but mix it up a bit with a different squat for each round. So for each round we will do as many squats as we can in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 for one round. Round 1) regular air squats with legs hip width apart 20 s, rest 10 s: round 2) squats with legs wide apart and toes turned out have knees track in the direction of the toes 20 s, rest 10 s: round 3) squats with legs very close together , remember to take butt and hips back 20 s, rest 10 s; round 4) squats with legs hip length apart and then kick out to either side 20 s, rest 10 s; Round 5) regular squats 20 s, rest 10 s: Round 6 wide leg squats (focus on inner thighs) 20 s, rest 10 s; Round 7) squats with legs very close together 20 s, rest 10 s and 8) Squats with legs hip width apart but kick out to either side. 4 minutes later and you should feel good.
