May 27 and let’s get our bodies moving with this tabata of push up and triceps dips. Do 20 seconds of as many push-ups as you can then rest 10 seconds and then do as many tricep dips as possible in 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds, repeat that 3 more times for a total of 4 minutes ( 4 rounds of each exercise, 8 rounds total). If you have trouble doing full push ups, you can either do them on your knees or against a wall. If push ups are a breeze for you, you can make them harder by reaching your right arm to the sky at the top of the push up, and then after the next push up reaching your left arm to the sky. After you finish this tabata, do 50 kettlebell swings or 50 squats in a row. Good deal, have a great hump day!
