May 29 and let’s get our weekend off to a great start with a 100 moves: 20 squats, 20 lunges ( 10 each side), 20 side lunges, 20 bridges and a 20 second plank. That’s it you are done. Good job. If that felt almost too good and easy, rest for a minute and repeat the whole set. 100 moves is a good workout but you can easily make this a 200 move workout ( or a 500 move workout for that matter). Time yourself and see how long the 100 moves take. This is a great way to start your day…or finish it. Either way have a great weekend!
