May 30 Graduation Movement Moment

May 30 and my youngest child is graduating from high school, so today’s movement moment has to be quick and to the point.  Let’s do a tabata of planks, 8 rounds each holding the plank for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds.  To make the workout harder do a different plank variation each round: variations include holding one arm up or one leg or opposite arm and leg up or side planks or side planks with leg up.  That’s it, nice and sweet, 4 minutes. If you finish and want more (maybe your kid isn’t graduating) then do 50 walking lunges or 50 kettlebell swings and 15 burpees.
