September 22 “Nothing Happens Till Something Moves” Albert Einstein

September 22 and Albert Einstein said “Nothing happens till something moves” and ain’t it the truth?  Let’s get ourselves moving with 5 sets of 20 squats, with a 30 second rest between the sets.  (Those who want an extra challenge can do 10 sets total.)  Start the squats by imaging your feet corkscrewed into the floor externally.  This move helps stabilize the knees, so your knees won’t travel inward as you lower down. Try to keep the knee cap tracking over your second toe. Keep your back flat and don’t arch it or turn your bottom under.  Engage your core and your gluts.  Particularly squeeze the gluts at the top of the squat.  Try to go as low as you can without stressing your knees or lower back.  Self care activity today is to tune into the beauty around you.  Tonight it was the golden light of an coming on autumn twilight that brought me beauty joy.  Feed yourself some beauty joy tomorrow by giving the beauty in your world its due attention.
