The sun has been blessing us in Central Indiana this late October with warmth and staying power. How amazing to get hot in my light sweater when I would normally need a coat over my sweater. Take advantage of the summer’s last hurrah by sitting, walking or basking in the sun any chance you get! Soak up every ray you can and if you can run off to the woods or the park, do it! It is sun medicine time. Soak in all the vitamin D you can! If you are able, do your workout outside while the weather is still mild. Today’s tabata is 8 sets total, where each set is 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest: 2 sets planks at the top of the push up position; 2 sets planks at the front of the elbows position; 2 sets superman pose: 2 sets alternating superman pose, where you alternate between right arm and left leg being up and left arm and right leg being up. Kettlebell folks should do 2 sets planks, 2 sets superman, 2 sets russian swing, 2 sets deadlift. This will take you four minutes to complete! You should feel strong and powerful to go through the rest of your day!
