When we are our most creative, we are most connected to our center. Hence, creativity does seem to radiate from within out. By thinking about the subconscious habits we want to create… the sneaky ways we can keep ourselves healthy and sane, we are being creative in a most important way. Each of us is our own art project. We get to bring our imagination and manifestation skills to the table to first visualize and then create a life that allows us to thrive and feel fully alive! And I say sneaky because often these habits are so enjoyable and easy we forget they are also good for us. And they are sneaky because they become second nature. How are your new healthy habits coming along? Is it getting easier? I hope especially the habit of moving in ways that are strengthening is starting to become a no-brainer. Let’s make our fitness fun and fast today with a tabata of squats or kettlebell swings, or a combo tabata of both exercises (4 sets each). A tabata is a form of high intensity interval training where we go hard for 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds for a 30 second set, and do 8 sets total for 4 minutes. Use your best form throughout the whole tabata.
