November 25 Hold Steady

Feeling stable and strong in our core can translate to feeling centered and powerful in our lives.  A tabata of planks with a couple superman poses will help us feel good today. Let’s do 6 sets of planks and 2 sets of superman pose for 8 sets total.  Each set is 30 seconds, 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest x8= 4 minutes. For the planks do either the top of the push up plank or the front of the elbow plank. For the superman pose, try to get chest and thighs lifted towards sky by engaging the glutes. You can do this! A fun, 4 minute challenge that will make the whole day go more smoothly, and will help us hold steady heading into Thanksgiving. Today I am grateful for my massage practice and all the amazing clients I have had the privileged and  honor to work with through the years. Everyday I feel blessed to have work that nurtures my soul, challenges my intellect, and gives me a workout.  I feel lucky to work with people who are committed to their health and willing to do real work to be healthy in all ways.   What are you thankful for today?
