Hope everyone’s Thanksgiving celebration was nourishing to body and spirit! Let’s move for fun today and keep up the spirit of gratefulness. First let’s twist for a minute: 30 seconds of helicopter twists, standing upright and twisting at waist, and 30 seconds of standing with feet hip width then bend forward and touch left hnad to right toe and then alternate right hand to left toe. Then, do a minute of jumping jacks. (Be as gentle or as vigorous as feels right to you). Then do 25 burpees! Remember you can adjust the burpees as needed. I am grateful for rainy days with no agenda.
