Today let’s focus our attention on creating supple strength that can move. You decide how much time and how much of a challenge you want today. You can do one tabata by doing 2 sets of each exercise for 4 minutes. You can do 2 tabatas by doing 4 sets of each exercise for 8 minutes total. You can do 4 tabatas by doing 8 sets of each exercise for 16 minutes total. A tabata is 8 sets of 30 seconds: 20 seconds of intense work, followed by 10 seconds rest. Today’s exercises are 1) planks, 2) superman pose, 3) squats OR goblet squats with kettlebell, 4) lunges OR Russian kettlebell swing. You are the expert of your own body and know what is best for you today!
