December 26: Day 26 of Squat & Plank Challenge

Day 26 of our challenge and we are back at it strong, 70 squats and a 210 second plank. I am now painfully aware how long 3 1/2 minutes can be. What a great reminder how quickly we can give ourselves a full workout with no equipment or nothing special to do.We are so close to the finish line. Hang in there team. Finish the year and the challenge strong!  When I opened Joe’s book of quotes this morning for inspiration, it fell open to this quote, ” You are totally creative.  You constantly create according to thought.  All of you, always.  This is the key you need. Use it.”
