Three more days left in the month but really only two left in our challenge, as the 31st, New year’s Eve, is a rest and play day.  Today and tomorrow are serious work.  To get through yesterday’s 4 minute plank, I watched the 2015 GoPro Best of moments on youtube and that helped me.  It was pretty exciting, and helped distract me from my arms aching.  I don’t know what I will do to get through this one. Today’s challenge is 95 Squats & a 270 second plank, or a 4 minute 30 second plank. Joe’s quote of the day keeps us on course, ” Seek a win-win contract with you in control.”
