It is day 16 and the second day of the last week. You should be at your heaviest weight all week and today we do 25 squats. I am using 40 pound and today I am going to use two 20 pound kettlebells and do double squats. The 40 pound goblet felt tough on day 15. I am really staying focused on keeping my knees tracking over my middle toe: keeping them pushed out and not collapsing in. I am also focusing on pulling my lower core in to help stabilize and protect my low back. Stay strong and safe, my dear thrive crew! Just 5 more days! We are doing it! This is helping my January speed along!
