Day 19, of the 21 days of squats with Lauren Brooks, and we do 40 squats with our heaviest weight, for me it will be a 40 pound kettlebell. This is the last three days of the challenge, so go hard and use your best form to stay safe throughout! How have you felt? Can you tell the difference in how you feel or move? I sure am reminded how much I like feeling strong. I have enjoyed focusing on squats the last two months as I feel I am truly getting better at them. I hope you are feeling some improvement too!
