Day 20 of Lauren Brooks 21 days of squats, and today we do 45 squats with our heaviest weight. I am using 40 pounds. I have been switching between the 40 pound kettlebell in goblet squat style and the two 20 pound kettlebells in the double squat form. I think the double squat form feels easier. The goblet squat is intense on my elbows and I think it is connected to the gripping and holding the 40 pound weight. Somehow it feels more distributed with the two weights. I really like how with the heavier weight I can feel the weakness in my left side where it wants to turn in. It has felt powerful to keep the knees out and tracking over the third toe. I can feel myself getting stronger. I hope you are feeling strong too! Let me know!
