January 23 Quick Functional Workout

January 23 and today let’s do 3 sets of 15 squats and use the 3 weights we used for each week of the 21 days of squats challenge.  So if you did body weight squats then 15 pounds and then 20 pounds, you would do 15 body weight squats, 15 with 15#, and 15 with 20 #.   For me I will do 15 squats with a 20 pound kettlebell, 15 squats with a 30# kb, and 15 squats with a 40# kb.  After that let’s do a 60 plank, and a 60 second superman pose. That will get our Saturday going!
