Today we will lift up our mood and our butts with our 10 minute lift: 45 seconds of each exercise, then 15 seconds to rest. I will suggest 10 rounds but you can do any exercise you want. Just use the correct form, and go as intense as you can and keep form. With short workout we want to go hard. Still keeping form keeps you safe. Round 1) Helicopter twists, 2)high knees (running in place), 3) plank, 4) superman pose, 5) body squats or goblet squats, 6) lunges, 7) russian kb swing or squats, 8) one arm alternating kb swings or push ups, 9)leg lifts, 10) burpees. That should get your whole body lifted up to meet the day!
