Today’s movement moment is an elegant tabata which give us a quick fix for energy and getting our muscles engaged for the day. Tabatas are a 4 minute high intensity interval training workouts, with 20 seconds of intense work and then 10 seconds of rest for 8 sets. Today’s tabata is 4 sets of body squats or goblet squats and 4 sets of planks, 8 sets total, alternating each set: 20 seconds of squats, 10 second rest, 20 second plank, 10 second rest, etc. If you did the 21 days of squats challenge with Lauren Brooks then do the goblet squats with your highest weight, otherwise you can just do body squats.
