Today we will do a 10 minute workout with 30 seconds work and 30 seconds rest, 10 exercises: 1) plank, 2) superman pose, 3) squats, 4) alternating front lunges, 5) jumping jacks, 6) russian kb swings, 7) goblet squat, 8) upright row to goblet squat to overhead press, 9) one hand alternating kb swings, and 10) leg lifts. You can substitute an exercise for another of your choosing. This ten minute start to finish workout should be fairly painless. Afterwards you should feel energized and ready to go. If you have a tabata app on your computer or phone it should let you change the work and rest intervals and the number of sets.
