Day 9 of our 29 days of tabatas and today we do a full 8 sets of the superman pose, holding it 20 seconds and then resting for 10 seconds. Imagine you are auditioning for the next superman or superwoman part and really fly with chest and head up and legs and thighs off the ground. Feel the whole back side of your body engage and really focus on the glutes holding you up! this is such a good counterbalance to all of our sitting and slouching. Go super people! Feel the power!
