Thursday and day 11 of our 29 days of tabatas during this leap year February. Today there is a kettlebell option tabata and a non-kettlebell tabata, and as always you remain the expert of your own body and life journey, so substitute as needed. The kettlebell option is a tabata of kettlebell 2 handed Russian swings, 8 sets of 20 seconds of swings, 10 seconds rest= 4 minutes OR non-kettlebell option is alternating front lunges, 8 sets of 20 seconds of lunges, 10 seconds rest= 4 minutes. Whichever one you pick you will be done in less than 5 minutes. I find my day goes best if I fit the tabata in first thing in my day, before breakfast or my shower or bath. I just have a better day and am in a better mood. But if I am too busy and can’t fit it in early I can always find a way to squeeze it in as it is just 4 minutes. It is really a great little pick me up.
