Day 13 and the second Saturday of our 29 days of tabatas for our thrive movement moment, so today we do 3 tabatas in a row. You can give yourself a 30-60 second break between tabatas if you really need it, but ideally we want to go from one tabata into the next so that the whole workout will only be 12 minutes from start to finish. The first tabata is squats, the second tabata is bridges and leg lifts, and the last tabata is superman pose. For your first tabata do 8 sets of 20 seconds of squats, followed by 10 seconds rest; for your next tabata do 20 seconds of leg lifts, rest 10 seconds, then do 20 seconds of bridges, rest 10 seconds and repeat that double set for 4 times total; for the last tabata, do superman pose for 20 seconds, then rest 10 seconds and do 8 sets total. Each tabata will take you 4 minutes to finish. If doing them all together seems too strenuous for you you can also spread them throughout your day. Happy Saturday! Tomorrow we rest!
