Day 20 of our 29 days of tabatas and today is our third Saturday of our challenge, and today we will do 4 tabatas; 1)planks, 2) superman, 3) Russian swings or lunges, 4) squats. Each tabata is 8 sets of 30 second sets: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Each tabata is 4 minutes and so if we do them straight through it will take us 16 minutes. You may want to take a short rest between the tabatas like 30-60 seconds or you might want to spread them out throughout your day. I like to go straight through and feel the challenge of a longer workout. Go strong and hard for tomorrow we rest.
