Today is the 27th day of our challenge and the most difficult day of the month: 5 tabatas in a row: planks, superman, leg lifts, squats and either kettlebell swings or front lunges.  Each tabata lasts 4 minutes so if you do them one right after the other you should be done in 20 minutes.  You can give yourself a rest of 30-60 seconds between tabatas if needed or you can just do the 10 second rest and carry onward.  You could also do them at different times of the day.  But it is fun to go long and hard; and I think you will be pleased how much easier they are after a month of doing them daily.  For each tabata you do 8 sets of 30 seconds: 20 seconds of work ( plank, superman pose, leg lifts, squats, or swing/lunges) followed by a 10 seconds rest. For the planks I am going to do a variation for each set. Make sure to keep great form for each exercise as proper form keeps us safe.  Put some good tunes on and if the sun is bright enough you can work out outside!  Have fun with this because this is as tough as it gets this month!
