Day 28 of our 29 days of tabatas and today is a day of rest. I know it seems silly but rest is such an important part of movement and true development of the body. It is when we rest that our body can integrate all the work we have done. Tabatas use “the spurt of activity then rest” advantage. We get more out of our exertion when we have set rests. Yesterday should have been the big challenge of the month to do 5 tabatas in a row, but hopefully they felt do-able and you felt good afterwards! This last week I went downhill skiing and rode a horse! Two things that I want to love but secretly fear. Well with my new found strength and some positive attitude, I not only overcame my fears but had a truly blessed time! I know the tabatas and kettlebells are part of why I was able to be successful. I hope this easy way to workout has supported you in your personal goals. Tomorrow will be an easy tabata of planks and we are done with a month of easy workouts that pack a punch in terms of impact! Hope you have enjoyed the journey!
