Day 29 and the last day of our 29 days of tabatas–you did it! Today is leap day and we leaped into our year with a whole month of tabatas! Way to go! You made it through, even if you didn’t do them everyday, you did what you could, and hopefully saw the power of the intense but short workout. Today we do a tabata of planks, a truly lovely do anywhere workout! 8 sets of 30 seconds with 20 seconds holding the plank position and 10 seconds of rest for 4 minutes total. You can do the same plank variation or do a different variation for each set: side planks, planks with one arm held up or one leg or opposite arm and leg held up… the variations make it fun and push your balance.
