Thrive’s Joyful March into Spring: 31 days of Tabata Variations

March 1 and today we launch a Joyful March into Spring: 31 days of Tabata Variations.  Week one will be normal tabatas with the 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 sets.  Week two will be tabatas with 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 sets.  Week three will be tabatas with 40 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for 8 sets.  Week four will be tabatas with 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest for 8 sets. Week five will be tabatas with 50 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest for 8 sets.   Each Saturday we will do three tabatas  in that weeks style in a row and each Sunday we will practice restorative rest. Join me in this easy yet rewarding way to to get Strong & Supple in time for Spring!  These tabatas are super effective way to reclaim our bodies. Tuesday March 1 is a combo tabata of bridges and superman’s pose: 4 sets each exercise and each set is 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest.  You should be done in 4 minutes!  Community Care action of the day: VOTE if in Super Primary!
