Today is the first day of spring and the 21 st day of our 31 days of tabata variations. This week the tabata style is 45 seconds work with a 15 second rest… I love these because 45s +15s= 60 seconds or 1 minute. So in the first week of the challenge when the tabata was 20 s work and 10 s rest for 8 sets it took a total of 4 minutes, but this morning with the new set up of 45s work and 15 s rest the plank tabata will take 8 minutes exactly! Today’s tabata are planks and they will not be easy doing 8 sets of 45 second planks… I will probably do a different type of planks for each set… side planks, planks with an arm or leg up, etc. You should feel super strong at the end!
