March 22 Joyful March into Spring with 31 Days of Tabata Variations

Today is the second day of our third week and this week our tabatas are 45 seconds of work with 15 second of rest so that each set is a full minute with 8 sets total.  Tuesday’s tabata is 4 sets of bridges and 4 sets of the superman pose, each with the 45 seconds work and 15 second rest.  I like to alternate between the two moves because they engage different muscles and give me some relief from the other.
