Day 24 of our 31 days of tabata variaitions, and this week our tabatas are 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest. Today’s tabata is either lunges or one arm alternating kettlebell swings with an appropriate weight for you. We will do 8 sets so you can switch up the types of lunges you do each set. 45 seconds definitely feels harder. I notice feeling “done” around 20 seconds, which has been the rhythm for our normal tabatas. But I love this tabata variation because each set is exactly one minute so you can know exactly how long the workout will be. It will be exactly 8 minutes! Enjoy!
