Today is the 26th day of our 31 days of tabatas and today we do 3 tabata’s in a row (3 x 8 sets= 24 sets) of the tabata variation of 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest so each set is 60 seconds or 1 minute long. So I am going to suggest that you pick 24 sets of exercise that you want to do… sure you can pick 3 of the tabatas we have done and do three sets of 8 of the same or you can just do 24 sets and pick a different exercise for each one and of course re-do any that you enjoy. The total workout will take 24 minutes.. a nice medium long workout for a Saturday… enough to feel you have done something extra with your down time. So enjoy pushing yourself a little outside the comfort zone. Remember to hydrate well..water…water… to quench the deep thirst. Happy Saturday!
