Yesterday was the most challenging day of the whole 31 days… it was 3 tabatas of 8 sets of 45 s work, 15 s rest…so 24 sets and 24 minutes in a row. That should have really got your heart pumping! It is good to push ourselves but it also important to recover. To make the most of your day, take a bath or a leisurely walk, read a book, draw, call a good friend… whatever helps you rest up for the coming week.
