March 30 Thrive’s Joyful March into Spring

30th day of our 31 day challenge and this week’s tabata variation is 50 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest, doing either body weight squats or goblet squats with the proper weighted kettlebell.  You might want to go back and forth between the body weight squats and the goblet squats.  Pace yourself and don’t go as quick as you would with a 20 s work 10 s rest tabata.  Enjoy this last couple days… you have done great and should feel strong and joyful to meet the Spring!
