You have made it…Spring is really here and you have done it! Today is the last of our 31 days of tabata variations and we are doing the variation of 50 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest. Our tabata is either one arm alternating kettlebell swings or lunges..last week I missed it up and did 4 sets of one arm alternating and 4 sets of lunges. Both are going to be tough at the 50 second set, so pace yourself and don’t hurt yourself on the last day!
