An Morning Wake Up Workout

An Morning Wake Up Workout

This morning I wasn’t feeling inspired and I hadn’t committed to a challenge, so what to do. … I did a quick tabata using the 45 second work, 15 seconds rest rhythm which means my workout took 8 minutes exactly (since there are 8 sets in a tabata).  You could easily do the same tabata with the normal 20 seconds of work  and 10 seconds rest and it will only take 4 minutes.  Here is what I did: set 1, plank; set 2, leg lifts; set 3, bridges; set 4, abdominal bicycle crunch; set 5, russian kettlebell swings; set 6, goblet squats; set 7, lunges with back leg up on the couch; set 8 , russian kettlebell swings.  That got me warm and woken up!  Join me if you are inspired…you can always substitute an exercise.
