April 19 Starts a new 5 week beginning kettlebell class on Tuesday Nights from 5:30-6:30 pm at the Ekah Yoga studio! This 5 week class will give you the basics of how to have a suceessful, at-home, kettlebell practice. You will learn Russian two handed swing, one arm swings, one arm alternating, upright rows, overhead presses, military presses and much more. You will learn proper form to keep you safe . You will learn how to use the kettlebells to improve your strength, flexibility and heart health in ways that are fun, fast and efficient. Kettlebells are an easy and fun way to get a strong core and strong glutes–two things that are challenged by our lifestyle of too much sitting! I love the kettlebells and want to share my passion.
