Tuesday April 26 starts a new beginner kettlebell class at 5:30 at Ekah Yoga Studio on 615 N Fairview, right beside the B-line near Bender Lumber. The class is an hour long ( don’t worry it goes fast) and includes a warm up, instruction and then a workout/practice with what we learned. The class runs 5 weeks total but will skip Tuesday May 10. You will learn how to use kettlebells safely and effectively to get excellent fitness results, and to how to have fun in the process. No prior experience or equipment is necessary but if you have a kettlebell you are welcome to bring it. Kettlebells are an excellent way to get your aerobic and strength training mixed in one full body movement. You can do them anywhere and short workouts are super effective.
